Blue Salt Certificates

With the October patch, players can now purchase a variety of high-level items by exchanging Blue Salt Certificates with Blue Salt Traders. Obtaining these Certificates is easy: players level 30 or higher can complete daily quests at their Residence Manager (They have to live in these areas to be able to receive the daily), among the rewards of which are these new Blue Salt Certificates. These Certificates are untradeable, and can be exchanged for Honor, Delphinad, and Ayanad equipment.

Lunafrost Changes

Ayanad

With this patch, XLGames has added new Ayanad Lunafrosts to the game. Much like the Erenor Lunafrosts, these Ayanad Lunafrosts are exclusive to Ayanad gear, meaning that they can only be slotted into Ayanad gear, as shown in the images below. They require 30,000 Alchemy and 100 Labor to craft.

It’s important to note that these Lunafrosts can be installed on all Ayanad gear with the exception of Instruments and Capes, and that they will have Set-bonus effects, a 3-set and a 5-set bonus, to be exact. There are eight new types of Ayanad Lunafrosts to be exact, and you’ll find their stats, as well as crafting recipes, in the table below.

Erenor

Erenor Lunafrosts also underwent some changes, most importantly in their crafting recipes. As you may have noticed, Ayanad Lunaforsts require 60 Prime Lunarites to craft, which is 5 times of what Erenor Lunafrosts currently take to craft, so XL felt that Erenor Lunafrosts should have the amount of Prime Lunarite required to craft them increased. Erenor Lunafrosts also underwent some stat changes, and can now be inserted into all Erenor gear with the exception of Instruments, Capes, and Jewelry, as opposed to only being insertable into armor. Due to this, there is now also an 8-Set Effect, which is activated when a player has 8 pieces of Erenor gear equipped with the same Erenor Lunafrost in each piece.

It is important to note that each Erenor Lunafrost grants +150 Resilience and all Erenor Lunafrosts have the same 5-set Effect, that being +560 Resilience.

You’ll find all the stats and crafting recipes in the table below.

Lunagem Changes

We already discussed Lunagem Enhancement in the September Update Overview. With the October Update, XL is continuing their development of this system by introducing Enhancement tiers +4 and +5 to Tier 1 Lunagems. The stats for the Lunagems will be up in a new Tools article very soon (Which apparently I promised to make in September…).

Additionally, two Tier 3 Lunagems had their stats slightly changed: Glorious Galeglow Lunagem: Cast Speed and Glorious Galeglow Lunagem: Evasion Rate. The Cast Speed was increased from -1.1% Decreased Cast Speed to -1.2% Decreased Cast Speed, and the Evasion Rate was increased from +1.4% Evasion Rate to 1.5% Evasion Rate, as shown in the image below.

Other Changes

Potion and Food Changes

  • The labor consumption in the making of bread and soups was decreased.
  • The number of labor and materials used for Tier 7 potions and food has been adjusted.
  • the purchase price for seeds has been lowered from 30 to 20m.

Fishing Changes

  • Increased the sale price of Fish obtained from Freshwater Fishing (Which go to the inventory).
  • Raised the occurrence of medium and large fish.
  • Modified certain parts of the Fishing UI to make it easier to understand.

Under “Using Certificates” Mark wrote “Each quests can be done up to 4 times daily.”

I would actually like clarification on this too because he did also call them dailies.

Also clarifications on the zones that offer the quest and if for sure residency is required, because it seems ridiculous that at least 3 of the zones don’t offer the quest, even to residents.
